"Richard is a superb organisational coach. He was able to motivate and focus a disparate and disjointed senior management team into developing a Strategic Plan for the whole organisation ensuring it engaged and inspired stakeholders along the way. His expert and experienced grasp of organisational development inspires confidence which complements his coaching based approach."
